Flower Arranging Master Class by Gregor Lersch (May 28-29)
Gregor Lersch will be teaching two very inspiring topics that are current tot the times during two days. These classes are directed at florists, but can also be taken by experienced enthusiasts who are looking for inspiration.
Themes for the Master Class

Day 1: 100% Organic
Class time: 09:30 – 16:30
Discussions about eco-friendliness and biodegradability are gaining momentum worldwide. People are becoming more aware of how industries affect the environment. As florists, we have the chance to prove that we are part of a sustainable, green future.
Many believe that creating flower arrangements without plastic or wire is too difficult or time-consuming. However, in the past five years, significant progress has been made in developing techniques for fully biodegradable structures.
In this class, we’ll explore exciting opportunities for florists to overcome these challenges and create stunning, sustainable designs. You’ll learn how to craft arrangements using zero plastic and only bio-organic, fully compostable materials—all without compromising on quality or creativity!

Day 2: New Romance
Class time: 09:30 – 20:00
A fresh wave of romantic floristry has swept thef world in the last five years, inspiring a renewed appreciation for beauty and emotion in floral design.
On this day, we’ll create romantic flower arrangements, incorporating textures and structures that amplify their charm. These designs are not only perfect for modern commercial work but also highlight the craftsmanship that makes floristry an art form.
