What You’ll Learn in the Texture & Color Masterclass

This masterclass is divided into two modules: Texture and Color. You may enroll in one module, but the greatest benefit comes from attending both. Both modules will help you elevate your floristry by applying Frédéric’s expertise in texture and color theory.

Texture Module (June 2025)

Dates: March 11–13, 2025

In this module, you’ll learn how to effectively combine textures to bring harmony and depth to your floral designs. Texture forms the foundation of any design and sets the stage for all that follows. Frédéric will explain how to use botanical and non-botanical materials to create visual and tactile textures. Applying these techniques will significantly refine and enhance your floral work.

Color Module (November 2025)

Dates: November 4–6, 2025

In the Color Module, you’ll dive deep into color theory and its application in floral design. Color creates the first impression of any floral piece, evoking emotions and setting the mood. Frédéric will guide you on how to effectively combine colors and find harmony between different color families. Additionally, you’ll learn about the interplay of texture and color and how to use color to amplify your designs.

The Synergy of Texture and Color

On the final day of the Color Module, you’ll bring everything together, learning how texture and color work in harmony to create cohesive and visually stunning designs. This masterclass offers a unique chance to master these two vital elements of floral composition.
