Boerma Instituut Summer Closure: Time for a Well-Deserved Break
At the Boerma Instituut, we also take some time to recharge from time to time. After a wonderful period filled with inspiring floral design classes, creative projects, courses, and meetings with enthusiastic flower lovers, we will be enjoying a well-deserved summer holiday.
The Boerma Instituut will be closed from 13 July until 17 August 2026.
No Classes for a Short While, but Plenty of Inspiration
During our summer closure, classes and activities at the Boerma Instituut will temporarily pause. Our instructors and team members will use this time to gather new inspiration and prepare for another season filled with flowers, creativity, and craftsmanship.
From 18 August 2026, we will reopen our doors and look forward to welcoming our students and visitors again.
Preparing for a New Season Full of Flowers
The new course season brings many opportunities to continue developing your skills in the world of floral design.
Whether you want to start learning floral design, improve your techniques, or further develop your professional floral skills, the Boerma Instituut offers practical courses and professional training programs to help you achieve your goals.
During our courses and training programs, you will not only learn how to create beautiful floral arrangements, but also develop the techniques, knowledge, and creativity needed to grow as a floral designer or professional florist.

During our summer closure, we will have limited availability. We kindly ask you to take into account that replies to questions and requests may take longer than usual.
From 18 August 2026, we will respond to all messages as quickly as possible and will be happy to assist you again.
