Eigenschappen en voordelen:

Bloementape Parafilm is uitrekbaar plastic band dat veelal wordt gebruikt voor het aftapen van bloemstengels voorzien van draad bijvoorbeeld bij corsages en bruidsboeketten. Met als doel het voorkomen van roest en beschadigingen aan kleding. Maar verlengt tevens ook de houdbaarheid van bloemen en bladmaterialen. Door de tape in de handen warm te maken blijft deze beter vast zitten. De tape is uitrekbaar tot 4x de rollengte en is waterproef. Caoutchouc is vervangen door parafilm. Parafilm wordt ook wel bloementape, flowertape, floristentape, floral tape of bloemistentape genoemd.
