Elegant Bridal Work

Frédéric’s bridal work is exquisite and during this 2-Day Master Class he will help elevate your bridal work to the next level as well!
Using special techniques to create frames and hand-crafted bases, you can really give any type of wedding bouquet an artisanal and elegant touch.

Course Curiculum

This Master Class will be completely dedicated to the creation of incredible bridal bouquets.
On the first day you will be creating handmade bridal bouquets with a handle, think elaborate wire techniques to create gorgeous original designs.
On the second day you will be creating bridal bouquets without a handle, so these will be carried on the arm or held objects.

This way you will learn how to create incredibly detailed bespoke bouquets in a more traditional sense, but also a lot more out of the box.

On both days Frédéric Dupré will start by demonstrating beautiful examples and talk through the process of creating these arrangements as well as explaining the theory behind the designs and techniques.
After the demonstration, everyone will have the time to create their own design(s) under guidance of Frédéric himself.

At the end of the day we will discuss the works and have a feedback session, so that everyone can learn from each other. This is perhaps the most important part of the day! This is the basic principle of all of the Master Classes at the Boerma Instituut.

Officially the class starts at 09.30 and ends at 16.30. However, it is always possible that we will finish later, so please keep that in mind when scheduling the rest of your day.

All-Inclusive

All necessary materials to create the arrangements are included in the price. As well as lunch with some beverage options, coffee/tea during coffee breaks.

The course fee is € 395,-

Not included are tools. We recommend you to bring your own pruning shears, florist knife and a wire cutter or even your whole toolbox, if you have one.
When you do not have any tools, you can buy them in our physical shop on location or order them through our website.
If you order them in advance, we will have them ready for you on the day of the course.

The necessary materials include:

• All needed flowers & leaf materials;
• All bases/containers needed;
• All side materials, like ribbon, beads, pins and feathers;
• Flower tape and all necessary wire types;
• Boerma Instituut Certificate of participation in English.
